1. Scamming (Staking is protected by this rule)
If you are scammed, it is your fault, and without valid proof(video or pictures clearly showing you've been scammed), there is nothing that can be done, which means the scammer will walk away unpunished and richer.
If you, and another player both clearly agree to certain set rules within a duel those rules must be abided by, and if caught on video breaking this rule the scammer will be banned, and the victim will be refunded
AT THE DISCRETION OF THE STAFF MEMBER HANDLING THE REPORT.
It Is up to the mod dealing with the issue if he/she helps you or not.
Mods are not obligated to resolve you being scammed.
Certain mods can Middle Man if they are available, promised to never lose items.
*LURING FALLS UNDER THIS CATEGORY*
Punishment:
Warning #1: Players bank and inventory on all accounts played by that user are wiped.
Warning #2: Player is Ipbanned.
2. ::Yell
Do not argue,flame, or swear obscenities or racial slurs over yell.
Punishment:
Warning #1: Player is warned.
Warning #2: Player is muted.
Warning #3: Player is jailed.
3. Flaming
The use of racist, slanderous, defamatory, homophobic, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments towards other users are not tolerated.
Flame made in a humorous manner may or may not be interpreted as you intended.
Punishment:
Warning #1: Player is warned.
Warning #2: Player is muted.
Warning #3: Player is jailed.
4. Spamming
Spamming is not tolerated in yell, home, clan wars area, or any highly populated area. Spam is considered 4 or more lines of text either repeated or pointless chat. Try to keep you messages in one sentence if possible.
*Begging staff falls under this category*
Warning #1: Player is warned and kicked.
Warning #2: Player is muted.
Warning #3: Player is jailed.
5. Advertising
Of course this is a no-go.
Warning #1: Player is Ip-muted or Ipbanned.
6. Disrespecting Members or Staff
Do not disrespect other players or staff members.
If you have a problem with a decision a staff member has made you can report it in the 'Report A Player' section with proof.
You are not allowed to openly express your dis-contempt for a staff member, over pm, thread, yell etc.
Punishment may not be given prior to a warning.
Warning #1: Player is muted.
Warning #2: Player is jailed.
Warning #2: Player is Banned.
7. Bug/Glitch Abuse
Abusing any sort of bug or glitch is against the rules. Found a bug? Report it in the 'Report A Bug' section.
Abusing bugs to 'test if they work' is a bannable offence unless you have prior permission (and proof of this) from a staff member.
Listed known bugs/glitches will be added in the report a bug section also.
Warning #1: Player is PermaBanned.
8. Macroing
Macroing is the use of third party software that gives you an advantage(auto clickers no longer allowed). You are allowed to use auto-typers, but they must be set on 15+ second intervals.
Warning #1: Player is warned and kicked.
Warning #2: Player is jailed.
9. Threatening Others
Anything from making real life threats to DOS(Denial Of Service) attacks are against the rules and above all the law.
Retaliation attacks are not permitted as well.
Warning #1: Player is given warning and muted.
Warning #2: Player is muted and jailed.
Warning #2: Player is IpMuted.
10. PkP Farming & Minigame Farming
Pk point farming is not allowed under any circumstances.
(NO RUNNING OUT IN RISK PK ZONES WITH NO ARMOUR(NEED FULL SET OF ARMOUR + WEAPONS AND PK SUPPLIES)
(NO ATTACKING PLAYERS THAT HAVE NO ARMOUR ON)
Warning #1: Player is warned and senthome.
Warning #2: Player is jailed.
Warning #2: Player is banned.
11. Multiple Logging In
You can only log in to two accounts at one time, but if we find you are abusing this privilege to dupe items or abuse any other bug you will be automatically IP banned.
Warning #1: Player is PermBanned.
12. Buying/Selling RS Related Items/Accounts
The sale of Runescape accounts/items is not allowed.
Warning #1: Player is banned.
13. Selling/Buying/Trading accounts In-Game
This is not allowed so if you get scammed and your account gets stolen, you will not be refunded.
Warning #1: Player is banned.
14. Sharing/Hacking Accounts
This is not allowed so if you get scammed and your account gets stolen, you will not be refunded.
Warning #1: Player is banned/Account wiped
15. Buying/Trading real world currency or other virtual items not involved with Project-Warfare
This is not allowed so if you get scammed and your account gets stolen, you will not be refunded.
